‘Guidance for Parents, Guardians and Children’

To run our Summer Camps successfully we all need to adhere to the government guidelines and the measures in which PAS have put in place.

Please see the new procedures below –

Arrival

• Follow the entrance arrow system
• Keep a safe distance from other parties upon arrival
• Form an orderly queue for registration behind safety lines
• Queuing will be outside, so please prepare for poor weather
• Only children will enter the school upon registration
• Parents/Guardians will follow the exit arrow system after registering

During Camp

• Children to be placed into age bubbles
• Children to have the same coach/instructor all week
• Children to play up to 6 sports on our Holiday Camps
• Children to adhere to social distancing measures

Presentation/Collection

• Follow the entrance arrow system
• Keep a safe distance from other parties upon arrival
• Locate your child’s bubble
• Observe the presentation whilst maintaining social distancing
• Coach to dismiss children individually from bubbles
• Parents/Guardians and children will follow the exit arrow system
