PAS October Camps 2019

It’s that time of year again! Our popular half-term activities start next week and as ever we have a brilliant programme of activities lined up…

Our ‘Football & Multi-Sport’ Holiday Camps return to all 3 of our regular locations, these include St. Margaret’s Primary School in Gamesley, Glossop. St. Thomas More High School in Buxton and New Mills Leisure Centre. All 3 venues are perfect to host our Camps as they have brilliant indoor space for this time of year and are easy to get to and also easy to find. Not only will all 3 of our October Camps include various sports everyday, but they will also be host to many fun Halloween themed games! Games such as Apple Bobbing, Pinata Games, Stick the cape on PAS Man , Halloween Treasure Hunts, plus even a Halloween themed Disco Dance Off! Overall the full 5 days on each Camp should be filled with fun and laughter, oh and some great sports as well.

Don’t forget about our Adventure Camp also… We have a brilliant array of activities on offer, including some of our regular choices and also some new and exciting choices on offer! As like all of our Camps children can choose what days they would like to attend, whether that’s just 1 day or all week. During our Adventure Camp week activities to look forward to include –

• Monday 28th – Adventure Day, inc. Bushcraft activities, Shelter Building & Team Games
• Tuesday 29th – Treasure Hunt Expedition, inc. Navigation & Orienteering – (Hayfield/Edale)
• Wednesday 30th – Low/High Ropes, Problem Solving, & Zip Wire – In association with the Hollowford Centre in Castleton
• Thursday 31st – Trail Mountain Biking, plus Bikeability training – (New Route from Summer)
• Friday 1st – Caving & Abseiling – In association with the Hollowford Centre in Castleton
